The KLETTI barrel heater series WODPX for steel barrels 

Easy to assemble, reliable in operation: The KLETTI barrel heater for 200L steel barrels is easy to assemble by one person thanks to its two cross-attachable Velcro fastener straps and adjustable pull-straps with snap-locks. The carrier material is a very stable and robust stitched polyester fabric. A baseboard installed at the bottom provides additional protection. All materials of the KLETTI barrel heater are silicone free and therefore suitable for the operation in the adhesive and coating technology. The optional insulating cover protects against temperature loss and should always be used. The KLETTI barrel heater is being used to temper the barrel media up to 90°C. The attached thermostat can be adjusted continuously between 0 and 90°C. The even laying of the heating cable as well as a customized temperature control avoid overheating of the container and its contents. The operating status is signaled by a control light and a built-in temperature limiter provides additional security. The barrel heater can be switched off safely any time by a 2-pin main switch with control light.
