Our KLETTI analysis heating hoses are particularly employed in the automotive sector. Depending on the model, these are capable of measuring exhaust gases from 200°C to a maximum of 400°C. Dew point formation is reliably prevented, and the possibility of a distortion of the readings or a clogging of the hose through particles of dirt can be ruled out. Upon request, you can also receive our analysis heating hose with stainless steel pipe sockets or other designs. The hose sampling line can be heated flexibly and keeps the temperature constant while measuring.
When things really start heating up, KLETTI’s heated high temperature pipes are the method of choice: The measurement of especially high outlet temperatures of up to 800°C, for instance, from an engine, is carried out through a medium sensor which ensures for a particularly exact regulation of temperature. The risk of injury to employees is also minimised through thermal insulation, and dew point formation and its undesirable side effects are effectively avoided.
Replaceable cores make heating hoses even more economical. When the hose becomes blocked, you can simply re-commission it cost-effectively and quickly: simply remove the blocked core, place a new core in, and continue with production! When push comes to shove: as a result of the high durability of its steel outer layer, this KLETTI heating hose is also implemented in those areas where environmental conditions are particularly tough – for example in mobile applications.
